Rates

High Season July 1st - August 30th $500-600/night (5 night minimum)

Shoulder Season May 1 - June 30 and Sept 1 - Oct 30 $400/night (3 night Minimum)

Winter Season November 1st to April 30th $300-350/night (2 night minimum)

In addition to the nightly rate, a cleaning fee of $150 per booking, and 5% gst will be added.
